Description

Production Level 1 (Picker/Packer) performs general manual labor tasks including processing and separation of any clumped material or removal of any defective product from the production line. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. 
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures to include K&P good manufacturing practices (GMP) and food safety policies. 
• Relies on instructions from Line Techs, Line Auditors, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. 

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, overtime as needed
• Some positions require a minimum of 6 months production line experience 
• Some positions require being able to lift to 25 pounds repetitively 
• Some positions require a higher degree of manual dexterity
