Requirements

Spark Curiosity

• Use provided lesson plans to guide engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Adapt teaching methods to meet each child’s unique learning style

Keep Kids Safe & Supported

• Supervise children at all times with attentiveness and care
• Provide basic care including nutrition, hygiene, and first aid
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality for families and staff

Engage with Heart

• Use creative approaches to connect with children and encourage exploration
• Lead daily indoor/outdoor gross motor activities
• Foster self-discipline, socialization, and emotional growth

Communicate with Confidence

• Share daily highlights and needs with parents
• Collaborate respectfully with staff and follow all DCFS and center policies
