Job Title: Uniform & Swag Coordinator
Department: Retail & Rental

Status: Full Time Flex

Reporting To: Director, Retail & Rental


Position Overview:


The Uniform and Swag Coordinator manages the resort's Uniform Department and oversees internal swag procurement, supporting staff across multiple departments by distributing, maintaining, and inventorying employee uniforms and resort-branded merchandise. This role is crucial in ensuring a consistent and professional appearance throughout the resort, including seasonal outfitting, repairs, and returns, and in managing the internal distribution of resort swag.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resort's Uniform Department.
  • Support staff across multiple departments by distributing, maintaining, and inventorying employee uniforms.
  • Oversee seasonal outfitting, repairs, and returns of uniforms.
  • Ensure uniform distribution at orientation.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR on support and processes for uniform distribution.
  • Create onboarding tasks for new employees to gather information for uniform and nametag needs.
  • Coordinate with departments for uniform needs, including Ski School, Lift Op, Ticket Checker, Host, Guest Service (indoor), Ski Patrol, Outdoor Adventure, Parking, F&B, Concierge, Sky FOH, Retail/Rental, Lift Maint, Facilities Maintenance, Powder Stays (Housekeeping), Transportation, and Marketing.
  • Manage uniform inventory and orders.
  • Coordinate uniform cleaning and related supplies.
  • Cultivate positive vendor relationships for uniform and swag procurement.
  • Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of internal resort swag.
  • Stay informed on current outdoor industry styles, trends and technologies as well as current and developing regulations.

Requirements and/or Qualifications:

  • Experience in uniform management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • Familiarity with ski hill operations is a plus.

Physical Requirements- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:

  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:
  • Full range of body movements including handling, lifting, reaching, bending, and climbing
  • Reach, push, pull, lift, and carry objects that may be heavy (40+ lbs) such as ski equipment, rental gear, and merchandise boxes
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting during customer service, inventory management, and equipment handling
  • Walk on even/uneven/slippery terrain, especially at mountain base areas
  • Climb/descend stairs/ladders, including accessing storage areas.


Working Environment:

  • The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions at a high-altitude mountain location
  • Cold temperatures, often below freezing, are common
  • Exposure to snow, wind, and wet conditions is frequent
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak times
