Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains a business recovery plan and procedure; reviews, revises, and expands existing plans and protocols.
  • Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, and market disruptions.
  • Identifies and implements recovery operations and methods to allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity in the event that part or all of the infrastructure is damaged or destroyed.
  • Creates and facilitates practice drills for plan execution.
  • Develops and provides staff training on risk management and disaster recovery.
  • Works with health, safety, and security staff and local, state, and federal agencies to align the organization's emergency management plan with established best practices and community standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
  • Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Monitor and operate security video systems to observe and detect potential issues
  • Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
  • Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
  • Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor 
  • Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
  • 25% travel required

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
