Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator at our resort, you’re at the heart of creating seamless guest experiences—from the first inquiry to event execution. You'll support the Sales & Marketing team by handling key administrative duties, client communication, document preparation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure flawless event and meeting delivery. At Town and Country Resort, your work powers hospitality excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong administrative support: prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, quotes, and correspondence with speed and precision.

  • Respond to and qualify incoming sales leads—via phone, email, or in-person—within 24 hours. 

  • Assist with group and event setup: block guest rooms, draft contracts, compile rooming lists, and ensure information is accurate and actionable. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams—Front Desk, Banquets, Culinary, Catering, and Sales—to communicate group requirements and ensure event readiness. 

  • Maintain organized sales records including client correspondence, bookings, and performance metrics; assist with reporting needs.

  • Participate in site inspections and support meeting planners; prepare sales materials, updated proposals, and promotional collateral as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone and email etiquette. 

  • Strong multitasking ability, flexibility, and capacity to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning property management or NC/OS-based sales systems.

  • A people-oriented, approachable “guest-first” mindset with professionalism.


Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based: ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, or handle up to 15 lbs, such as binders, brochures, or presentation materials.

  • Occasional walking across the resort for site inspections or meetings with internal teams.

  • Comfortable carrying light items like guest packets or group folders across departments.
