THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, BUT THE TEAMMATE MUST LIVE IN COLORADO
The Regional Marketing Associate will serve as the face of Woven Care in the Aurora region, working to increase awareness of our comprehensive ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services.
This role offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the healthcare community while supporting families in accessing quality pediatric therapy services.
Compensation:
- $25-$46/hour (additional comp based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Provider Relations:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly visits to assigned pediatrician offices, deliver promotional materials, build relationships with provider staff, and track referral patterns.
- Schedule and coordinate educational lunch presentations, order meals, present Woven Care services to providers, and follow up after presentations. Encouraged to recruit volunteers for events to maximize provider visit times.
Community Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant community events, represent Woven Care at assigned events, set up booth displays, engage with prospective families, collect contact information, and submit leads within required timeframes.
Administrative Duties:
- Submit weekly activity reports, document visit outcomes, track regional metrics, and maintain contact databases.
- Partner with Clinic Managers, Department Heads, and Community Engagement Lead to gauge areas of need, boost referrals, or specialty programs.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation within Aurora (mileage reimbursement not provided)
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
- Healthcare, marketing, or customer relations experience preferred
Schedule/hours:
- Part-time position averaging 8-10 hours per week based on regional needs.
- Teammember will maintain flexibility to increase therapy hours when marketing activities are reduced.
- Possibility for additional hours based on skillset
Physical Requirements:
- Driving 10+hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand at least 30-60 minutes while working events
This role reports to the Community Engagement Lead.
