Primary purpose: Provide support to TVID Exteriors by scheduling all subcontractors for product installations (Framing, doors, trim, and windows), coordinating all inbound warranties, and managing all supporting events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Liaison
- Manage sub-contractor scheduling
- Maintain an accurate and detailed list of all subcontractors
- Review subcontractor standings (insurance, performance, feedback from the field, etc.)
- Communicate with subcontractors to support their questions, inform them of compliant standings, and have sit-downs to discuss performance concerns
- Communicate installation schedules, expectations, and payable work orders to subcontractors
- Organize regular subcontractor events for training, appreciation, etc.
Scheduler
- Organize and oversee installation schedules for all installed exterior products
- Organize and oversee schedules for TVID Exterior support events, i.e. Project Coordinator Pre-checks, Post-Checks, Quality Control, Warranties, etc.
- Maintain accurate calendar and scheduling spreadsheet
- Communicate capacity restraints or concerns to Managers and stakeholders
Warranty Coordinator
- Receive and log all warranty service requests related to installed exteriors
- Assign warranty work to the appropriate subcontractor
- Track warranty performance metrics and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
- Follow up on warranty completion and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Sales Team to close the loop on warranty concerns

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- General understanding of the construction process and how exterior trades fit into the broader timeline.

Strongly Preferred:
- Computer and general knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with Framing, Doors, Trim and Windows
- General understanding of installed processes for exterior products
- High School Diploma
