We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality primary care at our Ellerbe location.  This position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a well-established health care system that values both professional excellence and work-life balance. 

About the Opportunity: 

• Hospital-employed, 100% outpatient. Hospitalist service offers strong consult, inpatient and direct admit support. Easy access to specialists. Dedicated referral center.
• Protected admin time, low volume call. 
• Join an established team of 1 physician and 1 APP, providing care for a well-managed patient panel.  
• System-wide urgent care clinics provide after-hours and weekend services to your patients. Walk-in convenience, strong referral source.
• Integrated Epic EMR including Abridge.

• Minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Family Medicine residency and board certification/eligibility required.
• Must have clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification.
