Custodian – Shoemaker Manufacturing, Cle Elum, WA
Part-Time | $25–$30/hr | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
We’re seeking a Part-Time Custodian to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for maintaining production, office, and common areas—ensuring everything’s sanitized, stocked, and hazard-free.

🧹 What You’ll Do:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, floors, and shared spaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- Restock supplies and manage waste disposal
- Support safety standards and report issues promptly
🛠️ What You Bring:
- 2+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (factory/warehouse a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
📍 Details:
- On-site in Cle Elum, WA
- 20–25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Core hours: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
👷 Work Environment: Warehouse/production setting with PPE required. Expect a mix of walking, lifting, and hands-on tasks.
