We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing security team. In this role, you will monitor and respond to security threats, support audits, manage risks, and help align our organization with industry frameworks and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
- Monitor SIEM tools and other security infrastructure for anomalies and threats.
- Assist in triaging and investigating security alerts and incidents.
- Document findings and escalate issues as needed.
Vulnerability & Risk Management
- Support vulnerability scanning and penetration testing efforts.
- Help maintain the risk register and track remediation efforts.
- Assist in identifying and documenting risks based on executive concerns and business priorities.
- Perform annual risk assessments and support framework alignment (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, EU AI Act).
Policy & Compliance Support
- Maintain and update security policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) including evidence collection.
- Help manage exception requests and policy deviations.
- Conduct third-party risk reviews and vendor onboarding assessments.
- Collaborate across teams to answer customer security questions and support compliance needs.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Support user access reviews and account provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Assist in managing privileged access and role-based access controls.
Security Awareness & Training
- Help coordinate security awareness campaigns and training sessions.
- Track participation and effectiveness of training programs.
Threat Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay informed on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in compiling metrics and dashboards for executive reporting.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an information security or related role.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and IAM processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with risk assessments, audits, or GRC tools is a plus.
- Security+ or similar certification preferred.
Salary: 70k - 85k base plus 10% bonus
