Job Description
Responsible for developing new lead source channels via local and community engagement marketing programs to generate new revenue and increase direct-to-customer call volume.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role drives Kenmore's expansion across key growth channels, with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace optimization and business development. The Manager, Marketing Business Development role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate our brand presence and performance in the digital retail landscape.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
- Leads content upgrade initiatives across all Amazon touchpoints including product listings, A+ content, brand stores, and enhanced brand content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion and engagement
- Coordinates with internal Kenmore teams (product, design, brand) and external agency partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns, establish consistent messaging, and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital retail channels
- Manages content calendars and optimization schedules to maximize seasonal and promotional opportunities, proactively identifying high-impact launch windows and aligning resources to achieve revenue and brand growth objectives
- Tracks and analyzes Amazon customer feedback, ratings, and reviews across all product lines, synthesizing findings into actionable intelligence that informs product positioning, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements
- Develops comprehensive reporting dashboards to evaluate review sentiment, track emerging trends, and benchmark competitor performance, providing leadership with clear visibility into marketplace dynamics and performance drivers
- Identifies patterns in negative feedback and collaborates with product teams to design, recommend, and implement targeted improvement initiatives that mitigate risk and strengthen brand perception
- Monitors competitor review strategies and identifies opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage, advising leadership on strategic adjustments to strengthen market position
- Creates actionable insights and data-backed recommendations based on customer feedback data and marketplace analytics, guiding executive decision-making and supporting long-term growth strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Up to 25% travel
- 18 years of age or older

- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and Spanish well enough to be understood by customers as well as supervisors and leadership
