What will you be doing? 

We are looking for a Supply Officer to join our team and support our clients with supply chain management and procurement activities. You will play a key role in ensuring supplier performance, stock availability, and accurate master data management to maintain smooth operations in complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations including Purchase Orders, ERP/MRP, and missing parts management
• Monitor supplier performance through AirSupply and other tools
• Maintain and update master data within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and forecasting to meet project needs
• Conduct data analysis to support supply chain decision-making
• Manage reverse flow processes and ensure compliance with procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain strong supply chain

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics within engineering/manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of supplier monitoring, stock/inventory management, and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders
• Aerospace or Defence industry background is preferred
