Your
missions :
Reporting to the BeNeDACH BU manager poultry, the Layer Lead BeNeDACH is responsible for:
Organizing best possible strategy and direction to get most value out of layer vaccines range
The performance and follow-up of the layer vaccine range, as a business partner and in synergy and co responsibility with the KAM direction (BU Head/Sales director)
Lead and support the local marketing functions to achieve objectives.
Act as the interface between the European Franchise team and BeNeDACH
Impact and influence: generating a high level of confidence in the commercial deliverables. Convince local marketing and technical teams of the value of the range's marketing strategy and value proposition to ensure optimum sales at the best prices.
Strategic orientations: Addressing marketing plans and segments with a mid-term vision for products, positioning, pricing and promotions for the zone.
Develop and deploy tools that will facilitate promotion of the range for the Zone.
Collecting and analysing market data: generate data on market.
Operational management: Build relationships and collaborate with key opinion leaders of the zone.
Review and challenge the marketing plans for the marketing plans for the zone's main countries.
Participate in local events to strengthen leadership and deliver actions and create high-level impact.
Planning and resource management: Lead and support the Veterinary Services/Vaccinations to define the support and resources needed to implement the marketing strategy in the countries.
Your profile :
Completed commercial training and/or a corresponding university degree
Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience
Proficient in using MS office applications
