Hourly Rate: $23.27/hour
Full Time Hours
This position will oversee the Repair Technicians who assist the guests and repair equipment that is associated under the managers umbrella of departments, as well as managing the maintenance of all rental fleets.
The Supervisor works closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure the rental fleets are at their best to provide the great guest experience’s.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- To provide a high-quality experience and presentation for the guest by assisting the Management team in all areas of Repair Shop Operations
- Be proactive in increasing Repair Shop revenue by motivating the front-line staff and presenting new ideas to the leadership team.
- Provide input on equipment purchases for the following season(s)
- Actively manage inventory levels and ensure that lost, stolen or retired equipment is up to date in the inventory system
- Oversee all rental equipment that has been involved in an accident and ensure the appropriate paperwork and forms are completed for risk management
- Onboard & train new Repair Technicians in Repair Shop procedures and safe operation of machines
- Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- 1-2 years previous supervisory experience
- Previous repair shop experience and or rental experience required
- Must achieve an 80% or higher on binding manufacturer exam
- Must achieve 100% on bike manufacturer quizzes
- Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
