Do you thrive on being organized, helpful, friendly, and efficient? As a Centralized Reservations Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by handling hotel room reservation requests with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping them feel welcome and well-informed while supporting our hotel in maximizing occupancy. In the role of Centralized Reservations Agent, you will:

• Be a First Point of Contact – You’ll often be the first person a potential guest interacts with, so your voice and demeanor must reflect the hospitality and professionalism of our hotel. You will also serve as a communication hub for Guest Services and Sales, keeping the team informed and connected.

• Be a Systems Expert – You’ll work with reservation and hotel systems throughout the day. Strong computer skills and comfort with hotel software will help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

• Be an Expert Tracker – You’ll manage no-shows, room availability, waitlists, alternate arrangements during close-out dates, and more. Communication and attention to detail are critical in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Be a Safety & Security Agent – Follow all established safety and security policies & procedures. Proactively identify potential issues and alert management as needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred

  • College coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred

  • Previous customer service experience required

  • Proven data entry experience with a focus on speed and accuracy

  • Ability to use a computer and learn various reservation-related software systems

  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills

  • Must be able to work long hours when needed, primarily in an office setting

  • This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with scheduling flexibility as needed to meet business demands
