Procurement & ESG Officer   

The Alpega Group is looking for our next enthusiastic Procurement & ESG Officer in the domain of indirect procurement (the categories IT & Purchased Services). This role will work
in close collaboration with the Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, and HR
departments and report to the Director of Procurement & ESG. You will be based in our office in Sant Cugat del Vallès,
Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The scope of our team is to handle all procurement activities for the Alpega group, and drive ESG and EU sustainability reporting obligations. 


Procurement 

  • Supplier management: from first contact, request & compare offers (RFI/RFQ) to finalizing contracts. 
  • Supporting preparation and execution of tenders and negotiations in the domain of service suppliers such as training, HR & payroll, creative agencies, IT software and hardware. 
  • Managing contract renewals. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial opportunities. 

ESG 

  • Supporting the ESG reporting and consolidation process (scope, methodology, timing, data quality)  
  • Supporting the implementation and maintaining the sustainability reporting communication with internal stakeholders 
  • Learn about new regulations and understand their impact on the software companies (governance, risk management, processes, organization, people, and technology) 

 

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU: 

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree with an affinity for finance, economics, or business administration  
  • You have great communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal & external 
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and result-oriented, always taking the extra mile to get things moving forward. 
  • You have an analytic mindset with an eye for detail, without losing the big picture, and are able to connect the dots 
  • You have advanced Office 365 skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & sharepoint). 
  • You are willing to take ownership and initiative and can work independently 
  • You speak English fluently (mandatory). French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
