Your Role
As a Specialist, Reputation content you’ll play a key part in aligning creative video and audio production with our corporate communication goals. Your work will ensure all content is professional, on-brand, and meets regulatory standards. Using your passion for visual storytelling, you’ll create engaging content that strengthens IAG’s reputation and brings our brand to life.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop engaging video and audio concepts that clearly communicate IAG’s messages to internal and external audiences
- Plan and execute professional video shoots with attention to detail and quality
- Edit high-quality, on-brand video and audio content that supports communication goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed
- Ensure all content is accurate, reflects IAG’s values, and complies with legal and regulatory standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to align content with broader communication strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance storytelling
This is a permanent role open to candidates in Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal country (Sydney)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced content development role, either as a reporter for a major media outlet or as a content manager within a corporate environment
- A strong passion for storytelling through visual media, with a creative and strategic mindset
- Proven track record as a reporter or videographer, supported by a diverse portfolio of high-quality audiovisual work
- Advanced technical skills in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software and hands-on experience with camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to produce content that supports brand reputation and employee engagement
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
