The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ, a global leader in environmental solutions, is currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW (2164). We also welcome passionate individuals looking to gain experience in the waste industry.
As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of 100 commercial waste vehicles.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

What you'll be responsible for
Efficiently service, maintain fleet over 100 vehicles
Complete daily work tasks as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor
Record, monitor stock and part levels and advise any discrepancies
Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies
What you'll need to be successful
Australian recognised Diesel / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic's trade certificate 3
Proven mechanical experience in the automotive repair industry
HR licence and Forklift ticket (desirable)
Previous hydraulic experience or electrical would be highly regarded
Recent graduates, Diesel Fitters, or Light Vehicle Mechanics looking to upskill are encouraged to apply
