About the role
We’re on the lookout for a People & Culture Advisor who’s ready to make an impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both strategic and operational HR initiatives, supporting a diverse workforce and partnering with leaders to drive meaningful change.
You’ll be a trusted advisor and coach, helping to shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Bethe go-to HR partner for managers and employees across multiple locations, including manufacturing sites.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from job design to selection.
- Support culture-building initiatives, engagement programs, and organisational change.
- Drive continuous improvement through HR projects and data insights.
- Champion governance and compliance across all HR practices.
- Facilitate performance reviews, development planning, and exit interviews.
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or agriculture.
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence, coach, and build trust with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, work with confidentiality, and highly organised.
