SalesOps Manager – Job Description – 2025 

 

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing functions and a team essential to sales force productivity for high velocity, high growth SaaS products.  These include the quote support function to support the RFQ process, order creation and ensuring revenue assurance and financial compliance.  This role is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the SalesOps quote support, cancellations, and customer transfers and mergers team, providing daily guidance and leadership, as well as, optimizing key workflows to remove friction from the Sales Process.  This role will lead the team that serves as a gatekeeper supporting Sales Team members with guidance on quote creation, cancellations, contract modifications, and commercial terms escalating issues to Sales Leadership Teams as needed. 

 

Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Maintaining strict adherence to case queues and case completion. 
  • Measure milestones for sales operation case progression. 
  • Provide tactical oversight to the Sales Operations team. 
  • Identify process improvements areas and successfully implement process changes. 
  • Supporting sales teams 24x7 with all sales operationsactivities. 
  • Working with Sales to ensure adherence to sales operations SLAs. 
  • Ensure contracts get booked as per Kaseya financial guidelines 
  • Support the business operations and finance teams interpreting complex transactions, producing supportive documentation for audits, and analysing deal metrics to determine recurring revenue and total contract value metrics  

 

What are we looking for? 

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a SFDC subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards 
  • Bachelor's degree required, technical or business-related field preferred. 
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process improvements, and ensure local execution and business impact. 
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce. 
  • Experience directly managing remote employees
