Shape & design the Lendlease Collaboration Service roadmap

The Collaboration Service Lead oversees and manages all aspects of the Collaboration Service, ensuring it is fit for purpose, easy to use, and well-supported. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through automation, adoption, embedment, and continuous process improvement. The service enables effective collaboration among employees, partners, and customers using Office365 tools like Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure services are fit for purpose, align with business needs, and are easy to consume.
Reflect total cost of ownership (TCO) in service costing and ensure transparent cost transfer to the business.
Maintain clear accountability and ownership of services.
Track, monitor, and report on services for transparency.
Ensure services are secure by design and compliant with enterprise architecture.
Develop clear roadmaps for continual optimisation, modernisation, automation, and process improvement.
Align services with compliance and audit requirements.
Compile and share monthly service reports with customers, stakeholders, and teams.
Lead application renewals, contract changes, and vendor management
Work with partners to maintain, support, and upgrade applications according to SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with standards, policies, controls, audit, and security requirements.
Cost and charge back all services to the business.
Document disaster recovery plans for each application and conduct tests in accordance with policies.
Implement roadmaps and customer requirements.
Manage escalations and remediation plans.
Collaborate with managed service leads to maintain applications to the highest standard.
Partner with technology vendors and attend events to showcase new capabilities.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce
You will :
Hold a degree or equivalent in IT/information systems or a related field
Have an In-depth understanding of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS provisioning
Have deep knowledge of application infrastructure and architecture
Have a strong grasp of DevOps, release management, and CI/CD
Understand Delivery & Project Management
Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to customers
Have a laser focus on delivery and outcomes
Be analytical, evaluative, and able to solve complex problems
Have a growth mindset, fuelled by curiosity, strategic thinking, and innovation
