  • Full-time, Fixed Term position (12 months)  

  • Salary HEW Level 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements

About You 

RMIT is seeking a Student Engagement Digital Systems Officer to support our Student Engagement team by managing and optimising digital platforms, including our enterprise event management system (Cvent). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building and managing events through RMIT’s enterprise event management platform (Cvent) as well as other relevant technologies.  

 

In this role, you will build and manage events in Cvent, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide support across our digital platforms. You will ensure efficient use of our systems, helping deliver engaging student-focused events and contributing to RMIT’s goal of enriching the student experience. 

 

To be successful in this position, you’ll have 

 

  • Demonstrated experience in utilising digital platforms effectively (preferably Cvent or similar event platforms), including the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimise platform performance, and train others on best practices  

  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements and needs  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting  

  • Strong organisational and time management skills for fast-paced settings   

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies 

 

Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
