We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a passionate Junior Intern to join our team. As a member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team and support the development of medical strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

You will report directly to the Medical Manager, supporting key activities for the French medical Department headed by the Medical Affairs Director.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support for Early Access follow-up and analysis
  • Be proactive and produce scientific data dissemination materials
  • Help with monitoring MSL activities, monitoring KPIs
  • Support for medical validation of marketing materials aimed at healthcare providers and patients
  • Support for medical events preparation in compliance with local rules
  • Participation to internal medical meetings
  • Contribute to medical budget management with Med Advisor and Med Affairs Director

Qualifications and Skills:

  • State diploma in pharmacy, medicine, Master 2 in science (medicine, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, etc.), engineering degree in science or Ph D in life sciences.
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in rare diseases and endocrinology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Fluent in English
