Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for our ecosystem of third-party integrations and the future of the API for our flagship hospitality product. You will steer a dynamic team of developers, designers, and QA specialists to execute the roadmap and achieve measurable impact.

Your job doesn’t end at delivering features - you will then drive adoption of the features the team delivers through clear communication to the rest of the organization and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

To do this you will need to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives from a large number of domains all demanding your attention and define the right solution that optimizes resources and outcome.

Ultimately you will help scale our ecosystem by adding new integrations, improving internal processes, delivering new features for our integrations that improve NPS, and maintaining the usability of our API to ensure partner satisfaction and unlock new use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the roadmap for third party integrations, marketplace, and API and work with the dev team to break your vision down into actionable tasks and ensure quality of the delivered functionality
  • Build business cases for new features and come up with a strategy to track KPIs
  • Maintain and continuously improve an API that is used by hundreds of partners and customers
  • Ensure the rest of the organization has visibility into the value being delivered by the team and provide post-release support
  • Play a key role in collaborating with strategic partners
  • Collaborate with other product teams to drive towards shared goals
  • Sunset features which are more costly to support than the value they bring and coordinate with the developers to address high-priority technical debt

About you

You’re able to manage multiple domains at once and prioritize projects that drive the most impact. You know how to work with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for shared customers. You are comfortable getting into technical details about how two systems communicate in an automated manner, particularly using APIs, while not losing sight of the business value to be delivered.

You adapt your explanations to any audience, proactively manage stakeholder expectations, and share your ideas effectively—whether in writing or speaking. You love collaborating across departments and regions, excel at summarizing complex information, and always focus on what truly matters to the user.

You are passionate about the hospitality industry and ready to learn about what matters to our restaurant customers.

We hire curious, daring, and humble people, giving them the freedom to learn and innovate. We’re more interested in what you’ve accomplished since graduating than in your degree.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or a similar environment
  • Proven track record of working with third parties to achieve measurable results
  • A strong grasp of best practices with integrations and APIs
  • Analytical problem solving: the ability to dive deep to understand product challenges and develop a solution which logically brings us to the target outcome
  • Experience working closely with design and engineering to move from feature idea to actionable backlog
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—to keep stakeholders aligned and champion your vision, especially across multi-national teams
  • Proven conflict resolution skills when there are strong differences of opinion
  • Confidence in demoing of features in a way that is meaningful for your target audience
  • Adept at prioritization and time management, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
  • Fluency in English is essential for documentation, collaboration, and cross-functional communication.

What is in it for you

  • Work on a product that is used by thousands of restaurants all over the world that you can see in use regularly
  • Gain experience and new skills working with a high performing team of developers, QA engineers, designers, and other product managers to deliver features which you can be proud of
  • Lots of autonomy and flexibility
