Vacancy Notice:

The Pocono Mountain School District wishes to inform you of the following posted vacancy for the 2025-2026 school year:

Security:

• Third Shift (9:30 pm - 6:00 am)
• Monday-Friday 
• $17.50 per hour + $1.00 shift differential 

Security officers assists in the security and protection of all students, staff, community members and property of the 

Pocono Mountain School District.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year’s experience in Security, preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Positive interpersonal skills

Job Description

Salary commensurate with the compensation plan. The selected candidate shall be chosen based on credentials, the ability to demonstrate job functions and the successful completion of interview(s) along with meeting all local requirements.
