Trade Show and Events Specialist
Job Summary
The Trade Shows and Events Specialist will support the planning, management, and execution of the company’s multi-brand presence at trade shows and other events. This role will assist in the coordination of logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution, ensuring the success of each event. Additionally, the specialist will manage all internal promotional/swag items and inventory, including shipping, packing, and tracking.
Key Duties
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows and events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
• Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics such as shipping, booth setup, and teardown, and handle on-site event issues.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Budget Tracking: Support budget management by tracking expenses and assisting in cost-saving initiatives.
• Event Reporting: Assist in compiling event reports, including attendee feedback and ROI analysis.
• Promotional/Swag Items Management: Oversee the inventory, ordering, shipping, packing, and tracking of all internal promotional and swag items.
• Team Support: Provide support to the Senior Manager and the Trade Shows and Events team in various tasks as needed.
Education/Training
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, event management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in trade show and event management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing promotional/swag items and inventory.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment Guidelines
• Moderate or high levels of stress may be experienced in the performance of the job.
• Position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 50 lbs.

• Daily use of the Microsoft Teams (phone), computer, printer, and other routine office equipment
• Must have internet access
