Property Administrator
Location: Wilmington, DE
Job Type: Full-Time, hourly
Position Overview
Responsible for leasing at ResideBPG’s luxury rental communities to ensure profitable occupancy rates to meet leasing goals and provide a high level of service to prospects and residents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the Leasing files are completed and executed properly.
- Ensure that applications are pushed through to Screening daily and that all required applicant documents are gathered promptly and completely.
- Occasionally deliver Move-In files to the appropriate property.
- Communicate effectively with the site staff at each property to ensure seamless move ins.
- When needed, answer leasing calls and schedule tours for Leasing Consultants.
- Ensure that denied applicant refunds are processed promptly.
- All other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Must present a professional and positive image at all times.
- Superior communication and organizational skills required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/holiday/weekends and travel to other company properties.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be detail oriented with procedures and paperwork.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Education
- A high school diploma required.
- Some college experienced preferred.
Experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to work with different application systems and MRI software experience a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged sitting.
- Requires frequent operation of office equipment; such as a computer, copy machine, telephone, etc.
- Occasional stretching and / or bending to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Occasional travel
