Field Marketing Coordinator 
Reports To: Field Marketing Director 


Overview 

The Field Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in supporting NearU’s local branch marketing efforts across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. This role bridges corporate strategy and branch-level execution, ensuring our teams have the marketing tools, events, and activations they need to drive customer acquisition and retention. Because our services are demand-based (not everyday purchases), the ideal candidate will understand how to market across multiple service areas, tailoring activations to create urgency, trust, and long-term customer loyalty. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Branch Support: Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned branches, building relationships and supporting their local marketing needs across unique service areas.
  • Campaign Execution: Support rollout of branch-level campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement initiatives designed to capture demand at the right time.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Coordinate logistics for community events, sponsorships, trade shows, and grassroots marketing efforts to grow brand awareness in local markets.
  • Demand Generation: Assist in executing programs that drive inbound leads and customer retention, leveraging tactics that address urgent, high-value service needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and branch-level results; provide reporting and recommend adjustments to improve ROI across markets.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch managers, the field marketing team, and central marketing resources (digital, creative, operations) to ensure alignment and consistency across multiple units and service areas.

Qualifications:

  • 2+  years of marketing, field support, or administrative coordination experience (multi-unit, service-based, or demand-driven industries strongly preferred).
  • Highly organized, energetic, and detail-focused with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
  • Experience with customer-facing service or retail businesses, especially those requiring trust-building in non-recurring, demand-based purchase cycles.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support branch marketing activations as needed.
