🚀 The Role: Stock & Bill Coordinator
This role supports both patient care and internal operations by ensuring the accurate entry of patient and order information, verifying insurance coverage, and coordinating the timely generation of orders and billing.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately and efficiently enter new customer and patient information into the system
- Collect and confirm all necessary customer details, including contact information, diagnosis, physician, product requirements, and insurance coverage
- Generate customer orders and billing in accordance with company policies and insurance requirements
- Ensure that all product entries meet internal profit margin guidelines
- Obtain written physician orders as required before order processing
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by management
