Job Summary  

The Warehouse Associate will ensure all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and responsibly. This position is responsible for all aspects of our warehouse activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods from receiving to shipping. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products, as well as pickups from on site 3^rd party shipping/receiving departments.
• Utilize NetSuite to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and processes to maximize space and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and operations to ensure support of product build from start to finish.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conducts physical inventory managing part number system and partners with finance to implement and manage system
• Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using NetSuite for warehouse/inventory management. Previous experience working with kitting, sub-assemblies, BOM’s, and checkouts required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift experience required.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a mechanical/industrial setting
• Forklift certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software

 Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times. 
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse
