Maywood Veterinary Clinic is seeking a part time Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will work well with people, and share our passion for providing superior customer service. Maywood Vet is an AHHA accredited, 4 doctor veterinary practice in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to, customer and patient interaction, utilization of veterinary computer software, scheduling, telephone contact, and communication of key information to doctors and staff.

Experience is not required but a proactive and enthusiastic attitude is!

Our mission is to partner with pet parents to provide veterinary care in a kind and friendly environment.

This position requires various morning weekday shifts as well as rotating Saturdays; less than 30 hours per week.
