Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Private Capital Markets (Product Development), you will be supporting the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in the drafting and preparation of investor presentations, conducting market research, and supporting on-site due diligence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the drafting and preparation of investor presentations
Conduct market research for the fund activities i.e. investor trends and market intelligence, including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and industry best practices
Support the team with on-site due diligence
Assist in coordinating with business partners and engaging stakeholders
Assist in closing new product initiatives, coordinating all required work for taking a product from concept to closing, working alongside stakeholders and the wider team across all product development activities
Assist with maintaining investment management track record information, benchmarking data, and completing RFPs and industry surveys
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
Keen interest in real estate business, particularly in fund management activities for funds for institutional investors
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Proactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mind
Skilled in data analysis, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
This is a 1-year direct contract role
