Job Description:

A highly skilled professional position requiring a solid understanding of core concepts. Engages with problems of diverse scope while demonstrating good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own, drive, report, analyze and effectively communicate the global channel processes & performance working collaboratively with channel partners and internal Allison stakeholders. Work with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable to recover or reimburse Channel Partners for incorrectly filed warranty claims.

  • Responsible for conducting Service Compliance & Warranty audits on a regular basis within the Allison Channel.
  • Collaborate with third party and ATI Legal on performing Functional Compensation audits and completing the financial reconciliation process.
  • Conduct Allison Channel Performance Rewards Program(PRP) audits to ensure adequate focus and execution to metrics are being prioritized and actioned by Channel Partners.

2. Incorporate above 3 key process & performance activities into a quarterly analysis and communication via Allison 360 / Provide quarterly internal reviews, and support Channel business reviews.

3. Gather and analyze operational data from channel partners to ensure performance is aligned with ATI standards. Verify the accuracy of data and other documents, records, reports, and methods.

4. Review systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans, procedures, or regulations, and determine or assess the extent of such compliance. Exercise professional judgment to determine materiality of issues and adequacy and effectiveness of controls. 

5. Review audit programs, alignment with professional audit practices and incorporate learnings for procedures to be performed during fieldwork .

6. Primary resource to support development, changes and publication of Allison Service Policy Manual and Labor Time Guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required

Data analytics experience preferred

Experience:

Highly proficient professional: requires a strong grasp of the concepts related to service compliance.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with related processes is required.

  • Individual Contributor

  • Frequent interaction with leadership up direct management chain.  Occasionally interacts with peers within broader functions or organizations.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • Works with external channel partners; non-ATI employees.

  • Global warranty, service, PRP audit responsibility

Up to 25% travel required.
