Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.
Overview: As an OTC Process Specialist, you’ll be a functional expert driving the transformation of Order-to-Cash processes within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem, specifically under the RISE with SAP program. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, cloud-native OTC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business requirements to standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud OTC capabilities.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and document process gaps and extensions.
- Configure and support core OTC functionalities: sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with integration teams for EDI, IDoc, and API-based interfaces.
- Support data migration, testing, and cutover planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with RISE with SAP deployment standards and cloud governance.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business users and SAP technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of SAP OTC experience, including S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition).
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and related OTC processes.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and cloud implementation lifecycle.
- Experience with Fiori apps, workflow management, and user roles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to RISE with SAP transformation programs.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
- Understanding of SAP BTP extensions, analytics, and compliance frameworks.
