About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and semi-technical Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of data analysts. This role involves supporting complex graph database systems, summarizing analyses, identifying trends, and communicating findings concisely. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, adept at stakeholder management, and committed to fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, focusing on technical, operational, and performance growth.Manage resource planning and Work Breakdown Structure for the team.Ensure equitable work distribution and adherence to SLA for quality and delivery through collaboration with other Team Leads.Identify training gaps for direct reports and partner with L&D and Technical Writers to develop relevant documentation and training plans.Champion knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.Data Analysis & Problem Solving:Support data analysis for large, complex graph database systems.Summarize analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings succinctly to various stakeholders.Proactively raise technical questions and queries to Software Engineer teams.Lead and present findings at Bug Triage meetings.Develop solutions for operational process changes and conduct Root Cause Analysis for process breakdowns.Propose and influence client teams with data-based recommendations.Communication & Reporting:Demonstrate excellent written communication skills, including writing concise reports for leadership, identifying potential risks, and providing remedies.Proficiently create and deliver various reports (e.g., Weekly Status Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews).Adeptly capture and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.Required Skills:Semi-Technical:Excellent stakeholder and customer handling abilities.Strong team player with proven leadership capabilities.Proficient in reporting (e.g., WSR, QBR) and adept at capturing KPIs and metrics.Ability to mentor and guide teams (technically, operationally, and performance-wise).Communication:Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in business English.Ability to write concise reports for leadership, identify potential risks, and provide remedies.Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to identify trends and summarize complex data.Ability to develop solutions for operational process changes and conduct Root Cause Analysis.Proactive in proposing solutions and influencing through data-driven recommendations.Other:Flexible to provide 24/7 coverage.Understands technical concepts and comfortable engaging with Software Engineer teams.Qualifications:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical subject.3 must havesReporting 4/5Trend analysis 4/5Stakeholder management 3/5
