At Pinsent Masons, our Melbourne office runs smoothly thanks to people who thrive behind the scenes. As our next Client Services Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations seamless, safe, and welcoming so our client-facing teams can focus on what they do best.

What you’ll do:

  • Operational Support: Coordinate facilities, manage vendors, and keep our office running to the highest standards, from supplies and safety to building access and compliance.
  • Workplace Safety: Take an active role in health, safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring our environment is safe and compliant for everyone.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel bookings and coordination, support staff on the move, and help new travel bookers get up to speed.
  • Reception Cover: Step in to deliver a warm, professional welcome when needed, and support meeting room and event coordination.
  • Admin & Logistics: Tackle a variety of admin tasks, from courier management to supporting internal events and presentations.

About you:

  • Experience in client services, facilities, or admin support, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • A knack for juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, service-focused mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Willingness to support safety and compliance (First Aid and Emergency Warden training can be provided).
