Your Role  

Join our Workforce Insights & Analytics team and help shape the future of work through data. As a Specialist, Workforce Insights, you'll play a key role in enabling strategic workforce decisions by delivering advanced analytics, compelling data visualisation, and actionable insights. 

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across People & Culture, Strategy, and Business Units to uncover trends, improve performance, and support transformation. You'll manage and analyse workforce data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and compliance, and apply statistical techniques to identify insights that matter. 

Your work will drive smarter decision-making, improve how workforce insights are delivered, and enhance our capability to act on data. This is a unique opportunity to influence people strategy in a purpose-led organisation where data is central to success.

This is a permanent position based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). 

About You  

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 

  • Understanding of interrogating databases using programming languages like SQL 

  • Strong experience in data collection, management, and quality assurance. 

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques. 

  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

  • Understanding of data usage in the insurance and people analytics context. 

  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and ethical data handling practices. 

  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively using a variety of techniques 

  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and translate data into strategic insights. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Continuous learning mindset with awareness of emerging analytical tools and trends.
