Job Description – CRM Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing customer lifecycle campaigns, driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction through effective use of CRM tools and automation platforms. You will play a key role in understanding customer behavior and implementing targeted communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute and manage CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement).
2. Work with customer data to identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
3. Build and run personalized communication plans and loyalty programs to drive customer stickiness.
4. Assist in the development of strategies to reduce churn and improve retention metrics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment in lifecycle communication.
6. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
7. Segment customer data and implement targeted strategies for each segment.
8. Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage) for campaign execution.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle campaigns, or customer engagement roles.
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
