About the Role

As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our direct fundraising team to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful fundraising initiatives across the local community and surrounding areas. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing campaigns and event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to marketing campaigns and fundraising strategies

• Deliver exceptional customer service during events alongside promotional marketing staff

• Build brand loyalty by engaging with event attendees and facilitating marketing demonstrations

• Participate in leadership training with opportunities to manage events and client projects

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team and campaign success

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service abilities

• Highly organized with strong time management skills

• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, both independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines

• Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required
