Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a talented and detail oriented Product Packaging & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our household team. This individual will be responsible for designing packaging across various formats including bottles, boxes, and labels for both branded and private label products. The role also includes creative work such as logo development, iconography, web design, and digital assets for internal and external websites.

This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces with brand managers, the sales team, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate is not only creative but also highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deliverables, while tracking progress and maintaining an organized archive of creative assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create original packaging concepts for bottles, corrugate, and labels for assigned products from ideation to final artwork.

• Develop logos, icons, website graphics, online assets, and other visual assets in support of product launches and customer meetings. 

• Collaborate with the sales team and brand managers to develop initial concepts, execute rounds of revisions based on feedback, and finalize production-ready artwork.

• Work with suppliers/vendors to determine the best production methods and specifications for labels, corrugate, and other packaging elements. Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and print.

• Maintain accurate records of design projects, including timelines, version histories, and completion status. Provide regular updates on progress and completed work.

• Organize and maintain a logical, efficient file system for all creative work (in-progress and finalized), ensuring easy access and retrieval by team members.

• Support additional work as assigned by the manager.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in packaging and graphic design (CPG experience preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of printing processes and production techniques for packaging. Print technologies such as offset, flexo, litho.
• Experience working directly with printers and packaging suppliers.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and goal oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to meeting short timelines
• Self starter with exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
