Location/Type: Clayton, MO • Onsite (10% travel)
Pay: $95,000–$115,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, office-based

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end revenue cycle for hospice + home health

  • Oversee intake, eligibility, insurance verification, and authorizations

  • Direct claim submission + payment posting with fewer denials

  • Manage AR + track DSO to improve collections

  • Handle appeals, audits (MAC, RAC, ZPIC, UPIC), and compliance

  • Report on denial trends, cap utilization, episode profitability

  • Educate staff on PDGM + hospice billing rules

Must-haves

  • 4–6 years revenue cycle experience (hospice, home health, or post-acute)

  • Strong Medicare/Medicaid + commercial insurance knowledge

  • Familiar with PDGM + hospice billing regs

  • Proven track record reducing denials + improving cash flow

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, finance, business, or similar (preferred)

  • Onsite daily in Clayton, MO
