As the primary support contact for Lincoln's administrative and educational staff, you'll deliver a high level of service to ensure seamless operations for both our staff and students.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent experience
• 1+ years working in a MS Windows® Desktop OS environment, installing and configuring Microsoft Windows on workstations and laptops.
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skills
• Moderate Windows® Server experience

• Active Directory Administration and Windows® Server Administration
• Knowledge of HP server workstations and laptop hardware
• Knowledge of DELL workstations and laptops

Responsibilities

• Install applications (for example Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat)
• Configure email client software to access email servers and services
• Perform desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
• Configure hardware and drivers
• Troubleshoot both wired and wireless network connectivity problems and provide remote hands-on support to Network Engineers
• Create trouble system tickets and responds to issues (e.g., Jira Service Desk)
• Assist in the technical training and the onboarding process for Lincoln Tech Students and Staff
• Other projects as assigned by Corporate IT and local campus managers
