Photoshoot Production Management:
- Lead photoshoot production & budget planning, working closely with the Senior Creative Designer
- Create detailed critical paths for the season ahead, to ensure assets can be delivered on time
- Work closely with Marketing & Digital to build out shot lists for photoshoots, across stills and video to maximise efficiencies across asset deliverables
- Manage the on-shoot day scheduling from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact at the shoot for internal and external team
- Manage and build relationships with the photoshoot freelance team, ensuring availability, bookings, locations, catering etc are managed on time and within budget
- Finalise and manage studio or shoot locations, including any recces
- Support the Senior Creative Designer on the Photographer/ Videographer appointment, Model Selection, Wardrobe & Styling
- Lead Product Styling on shoots
- Focusing on improving the process on shoots to drive efficiency
- Ensure product is optimised and give guidance on styling combinations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders including Design, Marketing, Brand Team & external teams on deliverables and deadlines
- Work closely with the Senior Creative on sourcing and vendor management to bring in the right talent for projects, based on capabilities, style, efficiency and budget
- Manage the PO process & invoicing in a timely manner
- Capture lessons learnt, to build and improve efficiencies across the shoot process & asset development
- Post-production timing management to ensure delivery of assets on time, tracking timelines & deliverables and communicating workflows
- Responsible for image processing to ensure assets are accessible for all markets, asset management and naming conventions
Visual Merchandising:
- Lead display development from design and prototyping to production to elevate the Brand at retail
- Focus on efficiencies through materials and processes to deliver cost effective solutions
- Manage suppliers to ensure displays are produced to brief, on time and on budget
- Work with the POSM team on global order windows & display requirements
- Own visual merchandising guidelines & VPGs ensuing they are relevant and timely
- Support global markets with any print or display requirements with a focus on the UK
- Lead the design team in development of storytelling assets across print
- Collaborate with the Brand marketing team to ensure seamless brand execution
- Own the relationship with the UK Wholesale VM team, managing monthly meetings, and highlighting any issues to the broader OB team
- Develop understanding of UK Wholesale displays needs, providing quarterly report to the brand to highlight any developments needed
- Work with other regions as necessary
- Be aware of trends and developments within print and display to further elevate the Brand
- Collate and share research of competitors displays, stores, activations
- Research creative ideas and innovations to enhance the brand, promotion and product across graphics and POS
- Keep up to date with current materials/ methods and technologies
- Develop and strengthen existing supplier relationships & build new relationships to improve long-term vendor relationships
- Plan and prioritizing workload with a clear understanding of the Brand plans and focus
