In-House Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House Sales Manager to lead our in-house timeshare sales team. The ideal candidate is a high-energy sales leader with a proven track record in vacation ownership, strong leadership skills, and a passion for motivating teams to exceed goals. You will be responsible for managing the in-house sales operation, coaching sales reps, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the in-house sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Drive team performance through motivation, hands-on coaching, and consistent feedback.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and front-line teams to optimize tour flow and close ratios.

Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to reinforce product knowledge, compliance, and closing techniques.

Ensure team members maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Provide exceptional leadership to foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and success.

Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new sales representatives.

Deliver regular reports to senior management outlining performance, goals, and forecasts.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales; 1+ year in a sales management or team lead role preferred.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Knowledge of applicable licensing, sales compliance, and industry regulations.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.

Valid real estate or timeshare sales license (if required by state).
