Partnership & Experience Manager
Department: 556 Membership Marketing Location: Cleveland, OHFlexjet, a leading global provider of fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Global Marketing Department as a Partnership & Experience Manager. This person will join the Lifestyle sector of the Global Marketing Team, a growing group of experience & partnership marketers and specialists within the Global Marketing Department. This role is part of the exciting and continued growth Flexjet has experienced over the past decade. Partnerships are core to our owner retention, customer acquisition and private travel experiences, making Flexjet a global aviation leader and luxury brand.
The Partnership & Experience Manager supports the development and execution of strategic partnerships and curated Owner experiences that elevate the brand and strengthen relationships. This role is responsible for managing partner relationships, overseeing the partner promotional calendar, coordinating partner activations, exclusive sponsorships, and unique lifestyle offerings that resonate with our clientele. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering high-touch experiences that reinforce the brand�s luxury positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for managing all brand and marketing activity related to Flexjet�s 40+ strategic partners across the luxury marketplace, including:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners across relevant industries.
- Support contract coordination, partner deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Research and recommend new partnership opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage all stages of the partnership lifecycle, including contract creation, onboarding, activation planning and measurement.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, both domestically and globally.
- Develop and deliver winning promotions and campaigns that highlight the partnership program
- Work internally to communicate partnership objectives, while serving as a proud brand advocate, externally.
- Lead the project management timeline and go-to-market strategy for the Owner Partnership Guide.
- Generate engaging content for various social media channels, contribute to the Flexjet blog and app messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of partner activations, sponsorships and lifestyle experiences.
- Works directly with Creative Services team to complete required design needs for each sponsorship/activation.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and Owner-facing materials for experiences.
- Ensure activations uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional client engagement.
- Assist in gathering internal and partner feedback for post-event analysis and improvement.
- Serve as point of contact for Owner requests and redemption needs
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the private aviation industry and strategically position Flexjet as the premier partnership program against competitors.
- Comfortably collaborate with many departments throughout the organization to ensure successful partnership and relationship.
- Work together with all companies in the Directional Aviation portfolio to create synergetic alignment across organizations.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor�s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2�4 years of experience in partnerships, event planning, luxury hospitality, or client experience roles.
- Experience running promotional campaigns and working with cross-functional teams/specialists to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in planning and executing events is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change, and opportunity to help our brands look at things differently.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven ability to create and maintain co-marketing relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and consistently communicate with Director of Lifestyle & Events
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce, Smartsheets, and Workfront. (or similar platforms).
- 30% travel is expected.
- Can be based in Cleveland or Remote
