Senior Deployment Engineer presso ManTech

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Deployment Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Configuration and installation of remote customer networks and Site surveysGathering customer requirementsPlacing circuit ordersInterfacing with the customer throughout the deployment processCreate and implement router and switch ConfigurationsCreate and maintain Visio network diagramsTroubleshoot technical issues during deploymentsProvide recommendations to enhance and improve the network and performanceProvide system wide engineering support for network conflicts, troubleshooting, and resolutionUp to 50% travel Conus and infrequent 5-10% OCONUSMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering or related field and a minimum of 4+ years of related deployment or networking experience; an additional 4 years of deployment, networking, or telecommunications experience may be substituted for a degreeDoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification: CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND or SSCPAbility to obtain a Computing Environment Certification within 6 months of hireHands-on network and CISCO backgroundValid US Passport and Driver's License requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Customers SystemsAdvanced knowledge of routing protocols such as BGPClearance Requirements:US Citizenship required and an Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 yearsCandidate must be open to Poly if selected by the customerPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
