Three Crosses Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support both our HR department and employees. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy execution. The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring adherence to hospital and regulatory standards while supporting HR initiatives and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records, including FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, payroll, and other sensitive information.
- Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations, and partner with leadership to determine resolutions.
- Collaborate with the internal recruiter to support hiring processes and assist managers with recruitment efforts.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and compliance documentation.
- Support Talent & Performance Management activities such as compensation reviews, performance evaluations, development plans, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including orientation, competencies, evaluations, licensure, and certifications.
- Serve as a resource for HR communications, responding to inquiries about policies, procedures, timekeeping, accruals, and benefits.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned while upholding hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3+ years of human resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Experience with ADP HRIS and reporting is a plus.
