General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Assist with cash management activities, including reviewing positive pay exception items for potential fraud, initiating and logging wire transactions, and providing electronic transaction details to the appropriate departments as needed.
Prepare and distribute daily/weekly reporting of cash balances.
Administer construction escrows, including reviewing escrow agreements, setting up new accounts, monitoring balances, preparing pledges, and reconciling accounts.
Administer the set up and ongoing maintenance of all bank accounts for the company, subsidiaries and joint ventures, Including lockbox services, banking portals, and other treasury related services.
Serve as a liaison with banking partners, coordinating with appropriate departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient communication.
Administer the setup, tracking, and maintenance of merchant accounts and terminals.
Prepare monthly bank, interest and fee analysis reports for management review and publication.
Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements, and participate in projects as assigned.
Assist with the input and ongoing management of the Treasury Workstation (Kyriba).
Provide support with Purchase Card Administration, including day-to-day management and monthly reconciliations.
Provide support for all treasury-related activities and serve as back up to the Sr. Treasury Analyst as needed.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; CTP a plus
3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury-related area
Work Experience
General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments
Some experience in the preparation of financial/investment schedules and SEC filings including some disclosures
Knowledge of investments, banking, and financial instruments is a plus
Experience in building/using and/or modifying financial models that evaluate various financial plans
Experience in implementing new products/services/procedures
Knowledge of treasury software is a plus

Base Salary Range:
$81,525.00 - $122,288.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
