What this job involves:
- Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to Workday Learning module
- Creating/Modifying Offerings and Sessions
- Updating Rosters post evaluating & analyzing the source data
- Managing publishing/modification of digital courses, Video interactions, blended courses etc.
- Creating and managing Campaigns in Workday Learning
- Managing Workday Learning cases and queries like transcript and training issues from users
- Managing Standalone test creation and edit activities in Questions Bank application
- Managing Programs and Audience in Workday Learning including creation and edit activities
- Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures
- Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/issue
- Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool.
- Review SOPs/Job Aids/Reference documents and assist SME to update and restructure them as required.
- Ability to identify and escalate complex queries to appropriate owner
- Adhere to and demonstrate proficiency in agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards
- Experience in leading a HR services team of at least 10 members for at least 2-3 years
Key Skills
- Demonstrating good understanding of core Learning and Development practices, processes, procedures, and policies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a Workday Learning environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable
- Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage
- Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management
- 6-8 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred
