Resident Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a Resident Relations Coordinator who will build and maintain effective working relationships with residents, provide professional customer service and coordinate programs and move-ins.
Here is what you will be doing:
- Answer phone calls, open incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
- Actively reach out to the community to involve them in recreational and community programs.
- Assist with the coordination and supervision of on-site special events.
- Assist other departments as directed by the supervisor.
- Inspect apartments before move ins.
- Prepare keys and welcome packages for new residents.
- Complete OneWall University courses by the required deadline. Perform all other duties as determined by the Community Manager.
Here is what you’ll have:
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer relations experience and communication skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and community software applications.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
